Pretty much any colour would go. Yellow would, but it’s a really difficult colour to wear. A plain white T would be fab as would a white shirt. How casual the shirt is should depend on the shorts e.g., if it’s got lots of pockets and a ‘utility’ look, a polo shirt or smart shirt would look wrong. You really can’t go wrong with a black or white T.
I would go with yellow or orange. I think white would look good too. And depending on what tone of green, a bright red too.

I don’t think you should pair the shorts with yellow cause it might b too flowery, a white, dark blue, light blue, maroon shirt would be nice.
